Anatomical Search

From Neuronbank Help

Jump to: navigation, search

This is the Help page for the Anatomical Search feature of NeuronBank. The Anatomical search option allows the user to search for neurons whose cell bodies are located within a certain region of the nervous system. The maps used are specific for the branch. The Results of the Search are then displayed. The Anatomical Search engine uses the same software plugin used for Results Location, LocationViz.
