This is the Help Entry for the Detail Page of information in NeuronBank.

The contents of this detail page will depend upon the ontology of the Branch and of the class of the object.


Properties

This is an example of what you would see for a Neuron Detail page.

  • 1. The title gives the name of the neuron. The Label "Neuron" will not be present if the Detail page was the result of a Simple Search in which case instead of Neuron, it will say "Mixed Class".
  • 2 The name of the creator of this record is recorded as is the creation date and the modification date.
  • 3 The Accession ID is a unique identifier. The first three letters indicate the branch containing the entry. This ID can be entered into the Simple Search to retrieve this record. Also, this record can be retrieved with the simple URL http://NeuronBank.org/Tri0001043
  • 4 These are properties of the cell based on the Ontology for the branch. The highlighted properties are considered to be definitional in identifying the neuron.
  • 5 The Return URL uses the AccessionID to provide a unique URL to return to this record.,,
