New Features

1. The Find ___ feature can now be used to do a cross branch search along with the local search.

New Features

1. Advanced Search was renamed Browse/Search to indicate that you can browse the classes by simply selecting a class and hitting submit.
2. The Find ___ feature is now on every page, not just the Branch Home.
3. The Breadcrumbs now includes BranchList, which allows the user to jump to another branch more easily.
4. The Navigation now incorporates a wiki icon, which directs the user to the NeuronBank Wiki.
5. LocationViz now has a help button that links to the Help Wiki.
6. Detail Page has a wiki url for the listed AccessionID.
   1. The wiki url for an AccessionID denotes if wiki page exists or if it has to be created.
7. The url attribute for link is made as a clickable link.
8. Editing: Deleting an instance in edit mode from a results page will result in a confirmation message before the delete action is performed.

Bugs fixed

1. In edit mode, the AccessionID can no longer be edited.
2. The description typed in the problem details section of the Report Problem system is retained even after the control loses/gain focus.
3. If JRE is not installed or JavaScript is disabled a message window pops up asking user to take the desired action.

• 1. Established NeuronBank.org/wiki. Every object in NeuronBank automatically has a wiki page associated with it. Any registered user can edit the wiki.

  1. New Search features
     • Can launch text-based search on all branches or on individual branch from NB Central using pulldown menu on Navigation Bar
     • Can launch Browse/Search for any branch from NB Central from Navigation Bar.
     • Bug fixes: The search results returned are now consistent with those for the same search carried out at an indivdual branch.
     • Minor features: The search feature has been improved to include the number of results obtained from each branch and sortable columns.
